The reacter can be operated at either a temperature of 550℃ and a pressure of 220kg/cm~2 (ata) or a temperature of 900℃ and a pressure of 60kg/cm~2 (ata), The RPM of the stirring paddle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The seal of the device is reliable. The reactor can be used for studies of gas-solid catalytic kinetics.

作者研制了高压高温下磁力驱动的内循环无梯度反应器(KD-1型)。用示踪应答技术,对反应器内流体的停留时间分布进行了测定。结果表明,当进入反应器主流气体流量为1000毫升/分、搅拌叶轮转速≥3000转/分情况下。循环气量为6×10~4-10~5毫升/分,循环出达到60-100倍。流体在反应器内达到完全混合。由实验数据证明,在30公斤/厘米~2压力(绝压)、反应区温度为780℃的条件下,反应器内流体同样达到了完全混合。本反应器可在反应区温度≤550℃、压力为200公斤/厘米~2(绝压)下操作;也可在反应区温度≤900℃、压力为60公斤/厘米~2(绝压)下操作。几年来的实验证实密封良好,叶轮转速随意可调,能满足气固催化反应动力学研究的需要。
