In this article the head correct coefficient P for calculation of flow on surface S is deduced by using integral equation method and a new approach for iteration is proposed. It is suitable for the hydraulic design of impellers of centrifugal pump and axial pump.
This paper expounds the reason for causing cavitation of the cooling water pump of internal combustion engine under the working condition of high temperature, high rotational speed and heavy flow. In this paper the influence of the configuration of the vane wheel on the performance of cavitation is described, and the designing method of the vane wheel for improving the performance of cavitation is also discussed.
Through the simulated turbine vane wheel keyway the relation between the highest amplitude on the R round corner and the cracks is probed into; the corresponding mathematics mode is established,in order to find a good way for ultrasonic test of vane wheel keyway.
