Steam power plant heat-resisting steels invented in China during past 25 years are described, especially those for superheaters, reheaters, heavy-duty turbine bolts and wheels. The experimental results of steam pipes which has been in operation over 100,000 hours are also reported. Finally, the author proposed the direction and task for further development of such kind of steels.

DG500-180型给水泵是 N125机组的配套设备,该泵早期产品(目前约有60台在运行)存在出力过大、效率较低、轴封漏水和寿命短等问题。为了改善这种状况,更换了新设计的导叶并车小了叶轮,改变了密封形式,更换了部分材料,加强了运行管理。经7000多小时的运行考验,上述问题已圆满解决:泵的效率由67%提高到79.6%,单耗由8.1度/吨水下降到6.7度/吨,每年节电约350万度,同时消除了轴封漏水问题。
