In consideration of the shearing effect and the actual conditions of the frame and the tested results,the said formulae have been modified.Moreover,by using the DDFSP program,the accurate shearing section coefficient has been found, which facilitates correct shearing analysis. The problem of frame torsion has been analysed in more detail,the internal force,deformation and deformation energy thereof have been found by the semi- space rigid frame torsion method and verified with the values from strain gauge measurements. The conclusions obtained may be helpful for screw press research and design.

本文推导了螺旋压力机整体机身的内力、变形与弹性变形能的计算公式,并以DDFSP 程序(?)对国产 J53系列双盘摩擦压力机进行了计算,同时还与实际测试结果进行了比较分析。本文考虑了剪切的影响,并根据机身的实际情况与测试结果,修正了有关计算公式。另外还以 DDFSP 程序求得了剪切截面系数的精确值,为正确分析剪切的影响提供了有利条件。本文对螺旋压力机机身的扭转问题进行了较详细的分析,以半空间扭转刚架求解了内力、变形与弹性变形能,并以电测法进行了实验验证。本文最后附有简要结论,可供螺旋压力机研制部门参考。

By using the Fourier series to represent the frictional force, a series solution for the structural response is obtained in the present paper. Each term of the series solution that corresponding to a linear solution of a certain mode is obtained from SAPS. The convergence of the series is very rapid, so a few terms are enough to get an accurate result.

实验证明同时具有干摩擦与粘性阻尼之隔振器是一种简单而有效的设备,它能够显著地降低悬臂结构的振动水平。但干摩擦是非线性力,计算比较复杂,它不能用通用程序为SAP5求介。本文将摩擦力表达为福里哀级数,求得了响应的级数解,其每一项均对应于某一模态之线性解,可由SAP5程序求出。由于级数收敛很快,因而只需少数几项就能得到足够精确的结果。
