Several measure methods of phytase activity units in recent literature has been analyzed and modified, they also were used to test the accuracy of two definition of phytase activity. From the color development reagent and phosphorus complex absorption spectrum, the best condition to measure free phosphorus by phytase. more than 720nm wavelength should be used in FeSO_4— molybdnum blue method, 620~680nm in VC-molybdnum blue method, and 400~420nm in acetone method. The value of the three measure methods of phytase activity were the same at the same temperature (average deviation < 5%), it means that all the three methods were the same accuracy.

对目前文献所见到的植酸酶活的测定方法选取三种进行了分析和修正,并用两种温度下的酶活定义检验修正过的测定方法的差异。根据显色剂吸收光谱和磷化合物的吸收光谱的比较,确定FeSO_4—钼蓝法选取大于720nm、VC—钼蓝法选取620~660nm、丙酮法选取400~420nm的波长为测量适宜波长。在同样温度下(即对一种酶活定义来说,)用这三种方法测定曲霉发酵液的植酸酶活,结果酶活大小基本一致(平均差率小于5%),说明这三种方法在测定植酸酶活时都有相等的可靠性和准确性。

The carp was fed with the diets added phytase (treated at room temperature, 60 ℃,70 ℃,80 ℃,90 ℃,100 ℃) for 10 days.The results show that the utilization ratio of calcium significantly increased by more than 132.0% by adding phytase to the diets. At the same time,the utilization ratios of total phosphorus and phytase phosphorus increased by from 105% to 122% and from 74.86% to 89.04%,respectively.Also,the utilization ratios of protein and crude lipid increased by about 11% and 12%,respectively.

从营养学角度出发,初步研究了添加植酸酶的饲料经不同温度(常温、6 0℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、10 0℃)处理对鲤钙磷营养物质利用率的影响。通过 10d的饲养,收集粪便分析发现:与对照组相比,添加植酸酶可以使钙的利用率提高 132 %以上,总磷利用率提高 10 5 %~12 2 %;74.86 %~ 89.0 4 %的植酸磷得以利用;蛋白质和脂肪的利用率约提高 11%和 12 %。

Phytase is a new-style enezyme used in fish feed.the addition of phytase to feed can increase phosphorus availability, decrease environ mental phosphorus pollution and improve the performance of animal.This paper has presented the application and the effect of phytase, and also analyzed the problems and prospect of it.

植酸酶是一种新型的、可作为鱼类饲料添加剂的重要酶制剂。它对提高饲料中磷的利用率 ,提高鱼类的生产性能 ,以及减轻高磷粪便对环境水域的磷污染有重要意义。本文综述了植酸酶的应用效果 ,并针对其应用中所遇到的问题及发展前景加以概述。
