Experiments were performed on 15 anaesthetized dogs, mean arterial pressure, left intraventricular pressure, dp/dt max, -dp/dt max and the area of cardiac force loop ( CFL ) were reduced markedly by intravenous infusion of sodium nitroprusside ( NP) .During NP- induced hypotension,stimulation of the deep peroneal nerve ( DPN ) produced a pressor effect and increase in left ventricular systolic pressure ( LVSP ) , dp/dt max and the area of CFL. After cessation of DPN stimulation, blood pressure and LVSP gradually returned to their prestimulation values. All variables observed recovered to their control levels within 5 to 15 min after termination of NP infusion.In a separate group of dogs circulatory shock was produced by intravenous injection of E coli endotoxin ( 5 mg/kg) . One hour after endotoxin injection, electrical stimulation was applied to DPN, which resulted in increase in MAP, LVSP, dp/dt max and -dp/dt max. The mesenteric vascular resistance was also increased by DPN stimulation, but there was no significant change in renal vascular resistance. No such changes were observed in endotoxin shock dogs without DPN stimulation.The results obtained indicate that during NP hypotension, the pressor effect of DPN stimulation was mainly caused by increase in the cardiac contractile force, but in the animals with endotoxin shock, the pressor effect of DPN stimulation was probably mediated by the increase of both the cardiac contractile force and the resistance of mesenteric vessels.

The results obtained were as follows: 1. The anterior part of the Co projected to bilateral dorsomedial parts of the spinal trigeminal nucleus with a slight contralateral dominance. At the lower level of the medulla oblongata, however, its projections were only contralateral. 2. Projections of the middle and posterior parts of the Co to the spinal trigeminal nucleus were primarily contralateral. In the subnucleus cauda- lis, the projections to its rostral half were found mainly from the middie part of the Co, they decreased in amount gradually and disappeared at the caudal level of the medulla oblongata. The posterior part of the Co sent fibers principally to the caudal half of the subnucleus caudalis. In the subnuclei oralis and interpolaris, the middle and posterior parts of the Cosent fibers to its medial part and lateral part, respectively. 3. In the subnucleus caudalis, the labelled terminal arborizations were found mainly in layers Ⅲ and Ⅳ, but in layers Ⅰ and Ⅱ a few labelled granules could also be observed.

本实验用WGA—HRP法研究了猫冠状回向三叉脊束核的投射。结果是:(1)冠状回前部投至两侧三叉脊束核的背内侧部,对侧稍多于本侧。向尾侧亚核的投射,由吻侧向尾侧逐渐减少,在延髓下部平面只有对侧投射。(2)冠状回中、后部基本上投至对侧三叉脊束核。在尾侧亚核,中部主要投至吻侧半,向尾侧逐渐减少,于延髓下部平面消失;后部来的投射山吻侧向尾侧逐渐增多,核心部位移至尾侧半并延伸到最尾端。在极间亚核和吻侧亚核,其投射区随注射部位从前向后移而由内向外移。(3)于尾侧亚核,投射区主要为Ⅲ,Ⅳ层,但Ⅰ、Ⅱ层内也有少量标记终末支。

The majority of cortical efferents which terminated to the dorsal funicular nuclei derived controlaterally from the pyramidal cells in layer V posterior sigmoid gyrus. The cortical projections to the dorsal funucular nuclei were studied in 27 cats with the retrograde axonal transport of HRP and the modified Nauta method. The majority of cortical efferents which terminated to the dorsal funicular nuclei derived controlaterally from the pyramidal cells in layer V posterior sigmoid gyrus. A few fibers originated from the cortex ipsilaterally. The fiber projections from the cortex to the dorsal funicu-lar nuclei are somatotopically organized. The fibers from the forelimb area of the pos-terior sigmoid gyrus terminate in the cuneate nucleus and those from the hindlimb area in the gracile nucleus. The ventral parts of the median area in dorsal funicular nuclei are the central regions that receive cortical fibers. The fibers originated from the cortex to the dorsal funicular nuclei descend within the pyramidal tract, most of them reach to the controlateral nuclei by way of pyramidal decussation, and a few fibers to the ipsilateral ones.

用HRP逆行传递法和自行改进的Nauta法,研究了27只猫的大脑皮质向后索核的投射。投向后索核的纤维主要起源于对侧后乙状回第V层的锥体细胞。后乙状回向后索核的投射有明显的局部定位关系:起自后乙状回后肢区的纤维投向薄束核,前肢区的纤维投向楔束核。两核的中间腹侧部是皮质纤维的投射中心。至后索核的纤维在锥体束中下降。大部分经锥体交叉到对侧,少量纤维到同侧后索核。对大脑皮质与后索核联系的机能意义进行了讨论。
