本文通过Zeta电位和流变性能的测量,研究了pH值及聚合物电解质对纳米Y-TZP粉体浆料分散的影响。结果表明,Y-TZP的Zeta曲线呈正弦波形式,在等电点附近,浆料易产生聚沉,在强酸强碱性条件下也不利于浆料的分散。综合考虑Zeta电位、沉降高度及粘度等流变行为,认为高Zeta电位是获得稳定浆料的必要条件,加入DarvanC(聚甲基丙烯酸氨)可显著提高浆料的Zeta电位及碱性条件下的稳定性,通过运用静电位阻稳定机理,可获得分散良好的浆料。

Based on the experiments of drying submicron powder suspension slurry in an inertial particle fluidized bed dryer, a mathematical model was established to assess heat and mass transfer rates. The analytical results showed that the heat transfer between the gas stream and inertial particles in the dryer is characteristic of external transport control, but the mass transfer is more complicated in mechanism, and leads to data scattering. The drying capacity per bed volume generally is more than 700 kg/(m3·h) (water), even up to 1 100 kg/(m3·h) (water). These results are useful for selecting correct operating parameters in practical dryer design.

结合超微钛白粉和磁记录用钡铁氧体磁粉制备中粘性悬浮液混合浆料的脱水干燥过程,研究了在直径为145 mm的惰性粒子流化床中对悬浮液浆料进行脱水干燥的热量和质量传递的基本规律, 所得结果可为工程设计的操作参数选择提供依据, 对其他类似的超微粉体浆料的脱水干燥有参考价值.

The washing process by using ceramic micro-filtration membranes for Na + in Al(OH) 3 powders was studied.The parameters identifying the washing conditions,such as the operation pressure,the cross flow veˉlocity,the slurry concentration,were examined and optimized.The shape of Al(OH) 3 particles did not change and the scale of these particles was about50nm after the washing by using ceramic micro-filtration memˉbranes.The concentration of remains ions Na + was57mg/kg.The results demonstrate that the washing proˉcess by using ceramic membrane separation is superior to the traditional plate-and frame filter press and would be the advanced technique for ultra-fine powders preparation by wet-chemical method.

采用无机陶瓷微滤膜,以错流过滤方式对工业上碱法生产的Al(OH)3粉体浆料进行Na+离子的清洗过滤研究.实验考察了操作压力、错流速率、浆料浓度等工艺参数的影响,确立了适合于超细粉体膜清洗过滤的工艺条件.经过陶瓷膜洗涤过滤过程,Al(OH)3粉体粒子仍保持其原始形貌,但粉体的分散性和纯度获得大幅度提高,膜清洗后的Al(OH)3粉体中Na2O含量降为57mg/kg;粒径尺寸约为50nm.研究结果表明,膜清洗过滤效率、操作方式以及产品质量等方面均明显优于目前工业生产上普遍应用的板框压滤机,为无机陶瓷微滤膜技术应用于碱法制备Al(OH)3工艺中的洗涤过滤提供了科学与工程化依据.
