本工作研究了环烷酸钇——三异丁基铝——“倍半”催化体系的组份配比、制备方式、制备条件、聚合温度对丁二烯定向聚合催化活性的影响及丁二烯在此体系中的聚合行为。实验结果表明:催化体系在少量单体存在下,按 Y——半——异顺序加料配制(单/Y=10,“稀 A1”/Y=50,Y/C1=1/4,或“纯 Al”/Y=100,Y/Cl=1/3;[Y]=1.5~2.5×10~(-5)mol/ml),在室温陈化1.5小时以上,其使丁二烯进行顺式——1,4定向聚合显示最高催化活性。在[M]=2.2mol/1,Y/丁=10×10~(-4),50℃聚合5小时,丁二烯聚合转化率达90%以上。用钇催化体系所得的聚丁二烯为半透明弹性体,除具有橡胶性外还有一定塑性。分子量一般为二十万左右,凝胶含量较高,约20~30%。聚合物链节结构为:顺式—1,4:93%;反式—1.4:5%,1,2—:2%。
