Therefore,a new calculating formula is suggested.Supporting by a number of field tests, the author believes that tractor without sychronous power take-off device may also be available for sugarcane planter,provided the whole parameters are matched well and the scheduled operation is carried out strictly.Under that condition,the planting error can be controlled within the allowance permitted by agronomy. In light of this concept,the author developed a new model sugarcane planter 2CZ2- 92,mounted in tractor Dong- 75 and featuring a large cane cutter container.

    切割器是甘蔗收获机的重要部件 ,其动态性能直接影响到收获机的工作性能。在收获作业时 ,切割器高速旋转 ,由于甘蔗生长密度不等、茎杆粗细不匀 ,切割器入土切割工作条件相当恶劣 ,致使切割器结构承受很大的冲击负荷与随机激励 ,影响收获机的整机性能。因此 ,对切割器结构进行动态设计 ,按一定的原则不断调整结构设计参数 ,进而改善结构的动态性能 ,对于甘蔗收获机设计具有重要意义。
