According to the examples of the geologic disasters from 1974 to 2003 and meteorological data in the same periods in Dandong area, the geologic structure features and the general laws of geologic disasters development were analyzed in northeastern Dandong. The effects of heavy rainfall on geologic disasters were discussed, especially rainstorm.
METHODS: The carcinoma patients(n=126) who had to accept radiotherapy from May, 2000 to December,2005, were randomized into 2 groups :prevention group (n=75 ) was given lianbai liquid since the 1st radiotherapy session ,and control group 1 (n=51) was given only general and health education program without lianbai liquid application.
Because the number of molecular descriptors greatly exceeds the number of observations, conventional regression methodologies are not useful in such studies.
The conventional and predictive correlation coefficients were found to be 0.725 and 0.577 for the antiproliferative activity of aminophenylbenzamides and acrylamide series, respectively.
Detectability of 0.7 mg/l for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was achieved at a sample throughput rate of 24 times per hour, which is 30% lower than that obtained by HDI-based conventional CE.
This is an improvement compared to that obtained by HDI-based conventional CE.
Analytical results for two batches of compound ibuprofen tablets by the SEKI-based FI-CE approach were in good agreement with that obtained by a conventional high performance liquid chromatographic method.
Although yeast two-hybrid system is obviously advantageous in searching interacting proteins and setting up the network of proteins interaction, not all of proteins can use routine yeast two-hybrid method to search interacting proteins.
Routine measurement should be taken to monitor IAP every eight hours postoperatively.
They were able to be sterilized better through routine ultraviolet exposure for 30 min or gas pressure.
The PAC/PRA ratio can be considered as a routine screening test in hypertensives, especially resistant hypertensive patients and a high PAC/PRA ratio is an invaluable index in primary aldosteronism diagnosis.
The possibility of simulating a free-running 24-h sleep-wake cycle was studied in the group of three subjects under rigid motivation conditions, including a strictly specified sleep time in a free daily routine.
In this paper, we prove the degenerations of Schubert varieties in a minusculeG/P, as well as the class of Kempf varieties in the flag varietySL(n)/B, to (normal) toric varieties.
As a consequence, we obtain that determinantal varietes degenerate to (normal) toric varieties.
If the additive group of complex numbers acts algebraically on a normal affine variety, then the associated ring of invariants need not be finitely generated, but is an ideal transform of some normal affine algebra (Theorem 1).
We investigate such normal affine algebras in the case of a locally trivial action on a factorial variety.
On the other hand, there is a locally trivialGa-action on a normal affine variety with nonfinitely generated ring of invariants (Theorem 2).
Using these monomial bases we prove that the image of the transfer for a general linear group over a finite field is a principal ideal in the ring of invariants.
The main idea for our approach relies on a study of the boundary theory we established for the general CAT(-1) spaces.
In general the group ring of ann-valued group is not ann-Hopf algebra but it is for ann-coset group constructed from an abelian group.
We prove a more general version of a result announced without proof in [DP], claiming roughly that in a partially integrable highest weight module over a Kac-Moody algebra the integrable directions from a parabolic subalgebra.
Here we provide certain conditions (more general than those in [Ka1]) which guarantee preservation of the topology under a modification.
