本文报道-IgM单克隆抗体F3所识别的细胞成熟相关抗原.经放免及间接免疫荧光对不同细胞及上皮组织测定表明,F3抗原主要分布于成熟上皮细胞及粒系细胞.用1.2%二甲基亚砜诱导下咽癌细胞系FADU及粒系细胞HL-606天后,两种细胞对F3抗原表达量明显增加,F3阳性细胞百分数也增加.实验结果表明,F3抗原作为细胞成熟相关标志,可用于细胞诱导分化的研究中.
