In this paper, a high-sensitivity lightwave communication system is set up by using a mini-power near-infrared LED as a light emitter, a phototransistor as a photoelectric receiver.The frequency response of the phototransistor is studied. The transmitter circuits and the receiver circuits are reasonably designed,considering the balance of the receiver sensitivity and the required bandwidth. In order to obtain a higher SNR, an optical filter is used to reduce the interference of background light.

本文采用小功率红外发光管作光源,用光敏二级管作光接收器件,建立了高灵敏度的光波通信系统。文中研究了光敏二极管的频响特性,合理地设计出发送和接收电路,解决了接收灵敏度和带宽的矛盾,使系统具有较高的灵敏度和较宽的频带。系统采用光滤波器,大大降低了杂散光的干扰,具有较高的信噪比。

In order to improve the performance of nucleic acid/protein UV analyzer, a highly stable power supply is substi-tuted for the former one to provide the required voltages to the light sources and PMT. The voltage stability can reach 5×10-5. The power supply and the main circuit of the instrument proper are described. The connection between the new power supply and the light sources and PMT is diagramed.
