In this research work,chemical compositions of new stainless steel used for corrosion resistance pump in high-temperature concentrate sulphuric acid are designed.The microstructure and corrosive mode and corrosion resistance of new steel are studied.Metallographic microscope,X-ray diffraction spectrum,SEM and corrosive testing are applled to experiments.M echanical properties,smelting technology,casting behavious and welding properties of the steel are also tested Experimental results show that,ZGOCr 1 7Nil7Si5 new stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, higher strength, and good plasticity and tough mess and possesses good smelting,casting,welding properties. The equipment made of the steel can meet the needs of production in high-temperature concentrate sulphuric acid and possesses higher service life. Therefore,ZGOCr l7Nil7Si5 new stainless steel possesses good synthetical properties and lower cost and broad applied prospects.

设计了用于高温浓硫酸泵用新型不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了新型铸造不锈钢的组织、腐蚀形貌和耐蚀性能;试验了钢的机械性能、冶炼工艺、铸造性能与焊接性能.研究结果表明,新型铸造不锈钢具有优良的耐蚀性、较高的强度与良好的塑韧性,并具有较好的工艺性能.
