Based on mono-factor tests, the optimum culture conditions were: initial moisture content 68%; incubation temperature 32 ℃; air flow rate 1.5 m 3/min (WB);substrate thickness 10 cm; fermentation period 84 h. Under the above optimum conditions, the degradation ratio of cellulose were 67.7%. The RPI (Real Protein Increase) was 6.22%. The protein content of final product were increased from 3.56% to 20.02%. Furthermore, the final product contained high activity cellulose.
