用空芯冷板冷却电子设备是一种新型、高效的冷却方式。这种冷却方式以印制电路板本身作为热交换器,极大地缩短了热流路径,因而载热能力强,结构重量轻。对这种冷却方式进行了理论分析和实验研究,建立了空芯冷板壁温的数学模型,用实验证明了数学模型分析的正确性。并把空芯冷板冷却方式与现在广泛应用的导热冷却方式的热载能力相比较,证明空芯冷板冷却方式是高效的。

A heat transfer model of the cold plate of line replaceable mode(LRM)is put forward in this paper.The temperature profile of the cold plate is solved and the effects of the coolant flowrate and the heat load of the cold plate upon the capacity of cold plate are analyzed. The transient response of the temperature of cold plate in the case of the thermal impact is given based on the analytical solution. The results in this paper are agree with that of the finite element method.

对航空电子设备上采用的空心冷板冷却系统的传热特性进行了分析求解,得到了空心冷板稳态温度分布表达式和功率-温度-流量关系式,可作为空心冷板系统的设计依据.建立了空心冷板失效的动态温度模型,得到的温度-时间响应特性可用于评估冷板系统耐热冲击性能.

This application CAD technology, on APPLO work station, to the optimization of the geometrical parameters of fin in the core of cold plate is described. Also the related curves between thermal characteristics and geometrical parameters are provided for optimal design and improving the heat performance of the cold plate. The numerical simulation of the liquid flowing in assigned area, deformation and stress field of the cold plate is conducted, which improves the stability of the cold plate design.

应用CAD技术,对冷板芯部翅片的几何参数做了优化设计,做出了翅片参数与热工性能的相关曲线,为实现优化设计、全面提高冷板热工性能提供依据。在APOLLO工作站对冷板导流区的变形场和应力场所进行的数值模拟工作,对提高冷板整体设计的可靠性具有重要意义。
