The pretreatment is in favor of the normalization of combination. Compared with other alternatives, the new approach is consistent with Dempsters rule in the form and flexible to combination, especially, it can be theoretically explained by the generalized Bayesian formula.

In the paper, the application of Bayesian formula based on Rough set in complete decision table in decision analysis and Rough set are analyzed, and the conclusion that Bayesian formula based on Rough set is rather objective in contrast to subjective "classical" interpretation of the theorem is drawn. At the same time, it states not only some probabilistic structure of the data being analyzed, but also shows close relationship between logic of implications and probability.

METHODS: According to the principle of population pharmacokinetics and Bayes' formula, CPKDP program was written with FOXPRO 2.6 and BORLAND C++ 3.1, and was run on 486 microcomputer with UCDOS 5.0. RESULTS: CPKDP program was adapted for drugs with different characteristics of pharmacokinetics, and for single dose or multiple dose administration.

The diagnosis program was scheduled in a mathematics model set up on the basis of the simplified Bayesian theory- Marking method and intelligence distribution, which was able to diagnose various fluid, electrolytes and acid-base disorders encountered frequently. The treatment program was designed in the form of instruction and text according to modern theory, principles, methods and formulas at home and abroad, which submitted an entire and detailed treatment plan. The result of clinical application on 150 cases turns out that the diagnosis and treatment level of the system essentially reaches to that of the Expert and is higher than that of general clinical doctors.
