In this paper the parameters and strength calculation of the double circular-arc gear reducer for China-made conventional beam pumping unit are essentia-lized. A computer program for the transmission design of single and double arc gears is introduced here for the gear reducers for sucker rod pumping Units.Based on a large amount of data correlated,the main design parameters will be easily determined. A number of possible projects for two-stage transmission with circular-arc gears will be presented and the optimum one can be selected. The strength of the gears will be checked too.

本文针对游梁式抽油机减速器的设计,提出了半圆弧和双圆弧齿轮传动设计的计算机通用程序。本程序的特点是,能对设计所涉及的许多图表曲线进行处理,使确定各系数的繁复工作由计算机自动完成,并能一次算出两级圆弧齿轮传动的许多可行方案,由计算机对齿轮强度合格与否自动作出判断,从中选出较好的方案。
