    It's always necessary to transit circle-angular displacements exactly in the precision measurements and machining processes.Transitive error of angular displacementsis a main factor which causes the measuring and machining errors.Only the errors ofindividual characteristic positions on circle and the transitive relation of angular dis-placements on driving and driven rotary axes are crossed in one plane due to the exi-stance of mechanism errors are given in some literature.In this paper,the cause resu-lting transitive error of the circle-angular displacements is discussed.The transitivefunction of angular displacements in any positions that driving and driven rotary axesare due to mechanism errors is established.Quantitative relation between angular dis-placement transitive error δ and error parameters(e,α)of driving and driven rota-ry axes,geometrical parameters(R,b)of poker mechanism and angle Ψ are given;thus the angular error of any point on the circle may be calculated exactly.On thesebases the concept of equivalent rotary shaft is put forward,simplified expression δ=E sinΨ=1/R((bα)~2+e~2)~(1/2)sinΨ which may be used to calculate angular displacementerror exactly is given.And an improvement on transitive accuracy of angular displace-ments is discussed,some conclusive suggestions regarding to design,machining,assembling,adjustment,etc,are made.This discussion is practicable for improving the accuracy ofthe apparatus used to inspect(dynamically)guide screw,to test gear(single engaged)and so on.And this is of theoretical significance for design,assembling,testing and appli-cation of series axes and poker mechanisms of precision instruments.

    精密测量及加工常需要传递圆周回转运动,其传递误差是导致测量及加工误差的原因之一。本文推导建立了圆周回转角位移传递误差δ同主从回转轴线状态参数(e、α)及拨杆机构几何参数(b、R)的函数表达式,给出了δ随转角ψ的变化规律,分析了误差产生的原因,并从设计、装调角度提出了减小传递误差的意见。本文对丝杠动态查仪、齿轮单啮仪等仪器角位移传递精度分析计弹,及指导对类似仪器设备的轴系和拨杆机构设计、安装、调试、使用操作有实际意义。

    本文将采样定理用于高精度齿形测量和齿轮整体误差测量中的采样系统,并推导出了既不漏掉齿轮误差信息又可在一定程度上抑制高频干扰的采样间隔计算公式,并以此为出发点导出了用于获得采样信号的光栅刻线数公式,从而为齿轮测量中的采样问题提供了理论依据。
