This article gives a detail analysis on the factors which caused the flash explosion in the plastic Factory of The Shanghai General petrochemical plant during static-electricity discharging due to the friction of powder granules in the procedure of high pressure polythylene product transportation in the pipe and its storage in the storing slot. It also shows the measurement results of the granule distribution, the perameters of all kinds of staticelectricity as well as the lower limit for the mixture of dust...

This article gives a detail analysis on the factors which caused the flash explosion in the plastic Factory of The Shanghai General petrochemical plant during static-electricity discharging due to the friction of powder granules in the procedure of high pressure polythylene product transportation in the pipe and its storage in the storing slot. It also shows the measurement results of the granule distribution, the perameters of all kinds of staticelectricity as well as the lower limit for the mixture of dust and ethylene gas to explose in the air. At last, the article comes to a conclusion that all the three flash explosion happened in the storing slot of the hihg pressure workshop of the plastic Factory were caused hy the staticelectricity discharge. The authors hope to prevent the kind of accident by using automatic static-electricity, dust and flamable gas monitor and by adopting some measures to relief and contain the explosion.

Therefore,it is extremely necessary to evaluate the potential risk of serious accidents in these enterprises. In the present paper, the degree of actual hazard(DAH) for dangerous sources,H is regarded as the criterion for heavy accidents,and the equation for evaluation H is developped. It is considered in the paper that the value of DAH,H of combustion and explosion systems with propellants and explosives is determined several factors, namely, the hazard index of propellants and explosives,W the intrinsic danger of the system,B the uncontrolled coefficient,K and the degree of damage of buildings and installations.which have insufficient safety distance away from the system, containing dangerous sources In this paper, the evaluation and calculation of these factors are discussed.

火药、炸药、弹药工厂和企业存在着极大的燃烧爆炸危险性,对这类企业的重大事故隐患进行危险性评估是非常必要的。提出了危险源现实危险度(DAH)即事故隐患严重度的判据H的评估方程,而火炸药燃烧爆炸危险源系统的现实危险度H与下列因素有关,即与火炸药的危险指数W、系统的固有危险度B、未受控系数K、以及距该系统安全距离不足的建筑物和设施受危险源爆炸事故影响的破坏程度等因素有关。讨论了对这些因素的评估和计算。

This paper briefly analyzes the explosion accident reasons of hydrogen bottles from all aspects in YangZhou Pharmaceutical Factory. According to metallographic analysis of hydrogen bottles and gas composition analysis of other hydrogen bottles aerated si- multaneously in a hydrogen production factory, it found out that the main reason of the acci- dent is mixture with oxygen in hydrogen bottles. Some experience was obtained from the acci-dent.

本文从各个方面较详细地分析了扬州制药厂一起氢气瓶爆炸事故的可能原因,并根据对气瓶的金相分析和对氢气生产厂同一时间充装的其它氢气瓶气体成份分析,找出了事故发生的根本原因──氢气瓶中混入了氧气,由此得出了几条教训。
