This paper reports the conclusion of measuring natural radiation nuclei 232 Th and 238 U in Al specimen, that is the 232 Th content range from 2 3×10 -3 to 7 0×10 -3 Bq/g, the 238 U from 0 36×10 -3 to 0 55×10 -3 Bq/g.
The specimen sintered at 1350℃ exhibits an ionic conductivity of 7.6×10-2 S· cm-1 at the measuring temperature of 800℃.
