Objective To study the properties of motion perception (MP) of normal Chinese subjects.Method MPs were tested for 56 cases (112 eyes) of normal subjects,their ages ranging form 11 years to 68 years,by using vertical moving bars generated on VGA monitor in a PC compatible computer.Results MPs were affected by age when the bars moved horizontally for 2 pixels,the ratios of MP were increased with age growing from 10 year group to 30 year group,then the ratios of MP were gradually decreased from 40 year group....

Objective To study the properties of motion perception (MP) of normal Chinese subjects.Method MPs were tested for 56 cases (112 eyes) of normal subjects,their ages ranging form 11 years to 68 years,by using vertical moving bars generated on VGA monitor in a PC compatible computer.Results MPs were affected by age when the bars moved horizontally for 2 pixels,the ratios of MP were increased with age growing from 10 year group to 30 year group,then the ratios of MP were gradually decreased from 40 year group. MPs were not afected by age under the hopizontally moving conditions of 4 pixels and 6 pixels and >40 Hz flicker movement. There were no relationships between either MP and sex or MP and eye side difference.Conclusions The characteristics of MP are determined and the normal reference values are provied in normal Chinese subjects

目的研究我国正常人视觉运动觉特性。方法在PC兼容机上,应用运动觉测试软件,由微机控制,于VGA显示器产生棒状垂直视标,测定年龄11~68岁正常人56例(112只眼)的视觉运动觉。结果当视标作2个象素的水平运动,从10岁组至30岁组,随年龄增长,视觉运动觉逐渐上升。40岁以后年龄组逐渐降低,4个象素、6个象素水平运动和>40Hz闪烁运动状态不受年龄影响;性别和眼别与运动觉无相关关系。结论确定了我国正常人的运动觉特性,提供了正常参考值。

Objective To study the characteristics of the motion perception (MP) in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Method Forty one patients with POAG (67 eyes) and 56 (112 eyes) normal subjects were examined by the motion perception (MP) software in PC compatible computer. Results The total abnormal rate of MP was 89.5% in POAG, and 81.6% in the early stage of POAG. By using the grade correlation analysis, there is positive correlation of the abnormal degree of MP with C/D, ocular tension, and corrected loss variance (CLV) of visualfield, negative correlation of the abnormal degree of MP with visual acuity and visualfield mean sensitivity (MS), and no correlation of the abnormal degree of MP with age and short term fluctuation (SF) of visualfield in the POAG patients. Conclusion The examination of MP is a newly reliable and simple test for the diagnosis of the early POAG.

目的研究原发性开角型青光眼(primaryopen-angleglaucoma,POAG)的视觉运动觉特性。方法在PC兼容机上,应用运动觉检测软件,对41例(67只眼)POAG患者和56例(112只眼)正常人进行运动觉测试。结果POAG患者的运动觉总异常率为89.5%,其中早期异常率为81.6%;在等级相关分析中,POAG患者运动觉的异常程度与杯盘比、眼压及视野的校正缺损方差呈正相关,与视力及视野的视网膜平均光敏感度呈负相关,而与患者的年龄及视野短期波动无相关。结论视觉运动觉测定为POAG的早期诊断提供了一种新的有效和简便的检测手段。

31 cases(58 eyes)with C/D >0 5 were tested by Motion Perception and Humphrey visual field methods.Their abnormal ratios were 63 79% and 43 10% respectively,the difference between them was significant(P<0 05).It has showed that Motion Perception test is earlier and more accuract than visual field test in diagnosing visual function damaging.

对眼底杯盘比大于05者31例(58眼),进行视觉运动觉检查,以检查视功能损害情况。同时应用Humphrey视野24°-2或30°-2程序检查进行对照。结果显示,二者的异常检出率分别是6379%、4310%,其间的异常检出率明显相关,且具有显著性的差异(P<005)。从而表明,对大视杯者,视觉运动觉检查较Humphrey视野检查,更能早期的反映视神经功能的损害。
