A new measure method of humidity in petroleum product was researched. It used electric capacity as sensitive piece and the electromagnetism oscillation technique. The method can realize on line measure humidity, and measure scope is big(5×10 -6 ～1000×10 -6 ), and the accuracy is high(≤2×10 -6 ), the operation is simple, and not need any reagents.
