本文以菜籽油为原料,以油脂精炼的泽尼斯(Zenith)法为基础,提出了一个改良的菜籽油精炼工艺。该工艺结合我国国情,采用了常压反应至终点的方法,在装置上采用低型塔。从而,既保存了泽尼斯法的优点,又简化、改良工艺过程及设备。本文采用双膜理论提出了淡碱精炼的模型,并以此来分析、指导工艺实验,确定了有关工艺参数的优化条件。由于本工艺具有炼耗低、油质好、设备简单、能耗小、操作稳定等优点,因此表现出良好的技术经济性能,是适合中、小型油厂采用的一种先进炼油方法。

为测定各种植物油—棉纱混合物的自燃时间,确定不同油脂的自燃难易程度,本文介绍了一套氧化自燃的测定装置和加速油脂氧化的实验装置,建立起计算自燃时间的数学模式,找出了过氧化值增长率是油脂自燃难易的重要判据,拮示了油脂发生氧化自燃现象的本质.
