The shear strength of structure plane in rock mass is an important parameter for design and construction in engineering rock masses. The classical Mohr-Coulomb' s and Barton' s criteria of failure,which are used to engineering rock masses mechanics,have itself assuming conditions respectively. Based on seven groups of structure plane specimens of lateritic material with different rock components and different roughness, the paper discusses the cyclic change phenomena of shear strength of structure planes in shearing test process ,and analyses the difference between Mohr-Coulomb' s and Barton' s criteria from the test data. An interst-ing and important result is obtained. That is the difference between MC' s and B' s criteria increases with increase of joint roughness coefficient and joint wall compressive strength. Also, the difference decreases with decrease of the normal stress.

岩体结构面强度是工程岩体稳定性设计中的重要参数,目前工程上常用的两个强度判据,即Mohr-Coulomb准则和Barton准则有各自适用条件。本文在对七组具不同岩性、不同粗糙度及起伏度红层样品进行试验的基础上,探讨了在试验过程中所揭示的强度周期性变化现象,同时基于两准则试验数据,分析了它们之间的区别,获得一些重要结论.即JRC、JCS越大,两准则差别越大;在低法向应力下两准则较接近,在高法向应力时,MC准则偏于危险。

According to the shear stress displacement response measured in the test,the strength and tangent stiffness of the joint were obviously enhanced after reinforcement,in another word,the response shows striking features of “plastic hardening”,and the response can be described as a hyperbolic function, Further study indicated that the main result of the enhancement of the shear strength is that the anchoring structure strengthened the equivalent cohesion of the joint, while the equivalent friction angle kept unchanged. At the end,the finite element simulation for the test was carried out,the result of FEA is consistent with that of the test fairly well.

为探讨锚杆在不同的安装角和预应力条件下对结构面强度和切向刚度的影响,进行了模拟实验研究·结果表明:锚杆安装角和预应力的大小对结构面强度和切向刚度有较大影响,加固结构面的剪切位移曲线具有明显的“塑性强化”性态,加锚后结构面的抗剪强度和切向刚度均有明显的提高,且加锚结构面抗剪强度的提高主要表现在结构面“等效粘结力”的提高,而结构面的“等效摩擦角”基本不变,加固结构面的剪切位移符合双曲线函数关系·最后对实验进行了有限元模拟,数值计算结果与实验结果具有较好的一致性
