A specific circuit independent of the computer system is used for signal processing. With a specific method for computing the position of the light spot on CCD by its weight center, the measuring speed and accuracy are greatly improved. The sensor has successfully been used in the automatic measurement of an unknown surface on Huazhong Type Ⅰ Machining Center.

介绍一种新型激光非接触位置测量传感器和相应的硬、软件系统,该激光测头有效克服了同类非接触式测头线性度差、存在阴影效应等缺点.采用的专用线阵CCD数据采集电路和相应的处理方法,显著地提高了激光测头的测量速度和精度.该激光测头在华中Ⅰ型数控加工中心上成功地实现了未知曲面的数控自动测量.

In the paper the algorithm of calculating parameters,the method of structure layout,and the way of mounting linear CCD on laser spot source probe are analyzed at all details.The optimal designed algorithm of structure parameter on laser spot source non contact probe is presented integrally.The practise have shown that the methodology which is represented in the paper has good instruction for designing the structure of laser spot source probe.

本文详细分析了点光源激光测头设计参数计算及结构布局方法,线阵CCD器件安装方式。完整阐述了点光源激光非接触式测头的结构参数优化方法。实践表明本文所述方法对点光源激光测头的结构设计,有着良好的指导作用。
