A single-exponential decay of the NH(A~3Π)→X~(3∑-))emission was found and a lifetime of (470±40) ns was obtained. The Sterm-Volmer plots are shown in Fig.3. The quenching rate coefficients of NH(A~(3Π))by various gases were measured from the slopes as: k_(H2)= (4.8±0.5)×10~(-11)cm~3 molec~(-1) s~(-1), k_(NO)= (7.3±1.0)×10~(-11) cm~3 molec~(-1) s~(-1), k_(CH= (6.6±1.5)×10~(-11) cm~3 molec~(-1) s~(-1), and k_(O2)= (2.9±0.2)×10~(-11) cm~3 molec~(-1)s~(-1). The quenching rate coeffecient of Ar gas is of order of 10~(-13) cm~3 molec~(-1) s~(-1). The first 193 nm photon is absorbed by NH_3(-* IAi) and makes it to NH3(1). The predissociation of NH_3(~1A_2~″) is very rapid. The nascent NH_2 ~1A_2~″) can further absorb a second 193nm photon to the NH_2(2B_2) state.The bond angle changes tremendously from 141.4°to 50°for above process. The fragment NH(A ~3Π) species then possesses a high rotational excitation population which agrees the experimental temperature of T_R =7700K.

    Now laser marking has become one of the most important application of laser because it is high speed, precise and non contact marking. Excimer laser is a kind of power and high repetition rate ultraviolet laser, the marking with excimer laser is high in efficiency, less in heat effect and preciser than the infrared laser, for example, CO 2 or YAG laser. In the past few years excimer laser marking has been studied at home and abroad, the materials of marking is mainly hard or brittleness, i.e,metals,polymers...

In the past few years excimer laser marking has been studied at home and abroad, the materials of marking is mainly hard or brittleness, i.e,metals,polymers and ceramics et.al.Excimer laser marking of several kinds of paper used in cigarette is studied in this paper. A fine and visible marking pattern can be acquired in cigarette wrapper printed different color or filter tip paper when 308nm excimer laser irradited it if the fluence of laser is over the marking threshold. The marking mechanism is studied, the fluence threshold of marking is acquired in experiment, the conditions of marking is optimized.

    激光打标由于具有快速、精度高及非接触等优点,是激光在工业领域的又一应用。准分子激光是一种大功率高重复率的紫外激光器,与CO2、YAG等红外激光相比,一般具有打标效率高、热效应小、图案更精密等优点。近年来国内外均对准分子激光打标进行了一些研究,主要集中在对金属、高分子聚合物及陶瓷等硬脆材料的打标的研究。本文研究了用308nm准分子激光对几种卷烟用纸打标。用适当能量密度的308nm准分子激光对印有数种颜色的烟盒纸、过滤嘴纸打标,获得了清晰可见的图案标记。分析了该打标过程的作用机理,通过实验得出了对几种不同的卷烟用纸打标的能量密度阈值条件及优化条件。

    Factors which affect the efficiency of frequency doubling is analysed theoretically.The design of Ar+ BBO crystal intracavity frequency doubling UV laser is presented. The UV laser is manufactured and 1 mW UV output is obtained.

    本文从讨论培频效率入手,分析了影响倍频效率的原因,给出BBO晶体氩离子腔内培频紫外激光器的设计方案,制作了激光器,并得到了紫外激光输出。
