According to the basic principle of information content, this paper classified 15 kinds of developing systems for paper chromatography of 14 amino acids by applying Shannon equation and adopting the numerical taxonomic techniqueinformation content (NT-Ⅰ), system-differences-information content (SD-Ⅰ) and category average-information content (CA-Ⅰ) method. From those, the optimal combination was related and refered to the experiments. The results show that these optimal combinations can solve the problem well....

本文基于信息论的基本原理,应用shannon方程,采用数值分类—信息量选取法、系统差值—信息量分类法以及类平均—信息量分类法,对14种氨基酸的15种纸层析系统进行了分类,从中选取了最佳系统组合,并结合实验的实际情况进行了分析,结果表明经三种方法选取后的最佳系统组合都能比较满意地解决问题。同时还对达三种分类法进行了初步评价。

According to the data obtained from the field surveys in the suburb of Fuzhou, Fujian Province in 1983, 1984 and 1986, Hurlbert's (1971) probability of interspecific encounter (PIE) and Shannon-Wiener's (1949) information quantities of average (H') are used to measure the diversities of the communities, and Pielou's (1966) formula of evenness (E)is used to measure the evenness of the communities. The results show that the number of species and individuals, the values of the diversities and evenness are distinctly different owing to various habitats, types of the fields and the growing stages of rice. These phenomena are affected by the characteritis of arthropods, the environments of rice fielde and the growing states of rice.

本文利用1983~1984年及1986年在福建省福州市郊区的田间调查资料,采用Hurlbert(1971)提出的种间相遇机率(PIE)和Shannon-Wiener(1949)提出的平均信息量(H')公式分别测定群落的多样性,同时采用Pielou(1966)提出的(E)公式测定群落的均匀性。结果表明在不同生境区、不同田型或水稻的不同生育期,稻田节肢动物落群的物种数目、个体数量、多样性数指值、均匀性指数值都有明显的差异。这些现象一方面与研究对象的生物学特性有直接关系,另一方面也受到环境因素及水稻生长状况的影响。
