This paper, by means of toroidal shell theory (see V.V. Novozilov[1])and initial parameter method of numerical integration, presents the calculation of three-convolution...

The three-convolution circular are corrugated diphragms(see Fig.1) are now in common use. Their outer fringe circular are wave varys in measurement. The waves of diaphrams are all in the shape of circular arc, but the characteristies, stress values and effective areas of the diaphragms themselves are different, owing to their different outer fringe waves. This paper, by means of toroidal shell theory (see V.V. Novozilov[1])and initial parameter method of numerical integration, presents the calculation of three-convolution circular arc corrugated diaphragms with various outer fringe waves, compares the results of the calculation with experiments (see W. A. Wildhack [3]) and with orthogonal anisotropy plate theory (see L, E, Andrewa[2]). Through much calculation the the paper works out some fitted formulae for three types of three-convolution circular arc corrugated diaphragms with various outer fringe waves and for general cases with an arbitrary measurement of outer fringe circular arc wave. These formulae can be applied to calculating the characteristie and maximum composite stress of a diaphragm, when the diaphragm is subjected to a uniform pressure or a concentrated load at the center. They can also be applied to calculating the effective area of the diaphragm. These formulae are not only reliable but also simple and convenient for engineering workers who can use them with only pocket calculators. This paper also discusses the influence of outer fringe wave on design of corrugated diaphragms and shows that when diaphragms are subjected to uniform pressure, the larger the outer fringe wave is,the higher the sensitivity of the diaphragms and the smaller maximum composite stress. The sensitivity of symmetrical corrugated diaphragms is low, their composite stress is big, but their characteristics in two directions are identical. When diaphragms are subjected to concentrated load, the influence of outer fringe wave is slightly different from under uniform pressure. The effective area of diaphragms is, by and large, independent of the measurement of outer wave. Finally, the paper gives an example showing the way to design a diaphragm with the fitted formulae.

Owing to the proper resolution of the problems of the standardization of decimal numbers and the capacity of integrators, the speed difference between the line processing and the arc processing is removed. Furthermore by using the editing method and data pre-processing, the processing precision and surface smoothness of the workpieces are remarkably improved.

本文介绍了微机控制四座标联动铣床的功能和技术指标。从原理上阐述了实现四座标联动加工任意空间直线和圆弧的方法,以及完成刀具补偿、齿隙补偿、键盘输入、镜象加工和加工过程显示的方法。由于研制过程中较好地解决了十进制数规格化和积分器的容量问题,从而消除了直线和圆弧加工中的速度差异。加之采用了编辑方法对数据作前置处理,因而在精度和光洁度上均有显著提高。

本文就如何有效地对机器人施行连续轨迹控制的一系列问题进行了探讨.通过增强MOVE MASTER机器人控制软件功能,成功地实现了一套可行性好、算法简便的控制方案。它将关节坐标的离线双抛物线拟合与在线积分法插补相结合。在不超差的前提下,使抛物线段数最少,从而节省了插补所需存储空间。实践证明,此方案能使机器人实际运动轨迹连续、光滑,与理想轨迹十分逼近。另外,本文还就插补过程中累积误差的补偿作了探讨.本方案同样适用于工业机器人运动控制。并且,它还弥补丁现有的直线插补、圆弧插补之不足。
