In this paper, the conception of the model recognition-tracking-coordinate transfer data processor in HF skywave OTH-B Radar is described. A new method to determine the ground distance of the moving object from the group path of the HF Radar is given. The data obtained from a single radar station are needed only and there is no need to know the ionospheric data of the middle point. The calculated tracks are compared with the real tracks and the results show that the relative error is no more than 4%.

本文提出了采用三维正交极化接收天线对高频地波雷达天波干扰进行极化滤波的方法 ,此法能在极化域和空域综合抑制二维正交极化滤波不能滤除的干扰 .为了进一步提高抗干扰能力 ,文中给出了x,y分量最佳实数加权法 ,理论证明这种加权法可以减小极化损失、有效提高滤波器输出SINR、扩大极化域和空域内的干扰抑制范围
