Preparation and properties of UV-curing water-bornte fluorescent anti-falsifacation ink containing Eu_(0.6)-Gd_(0.4)-TTA_3-Phen complex
Under this condition, aconfirmatory experiment was carried out with the following result: the ink residue is 34 mm2/g, the brightness is 71. 96%SBD, the yield is 91%,the tensile index is 33.70N·m/g, and the tearing index is 2.80 mN·m2/g.
The results showed that the sizing degree and the picking speed of the paper treated with the diluted resultant dispersion with 1.0% solid content(mass fraction) and coating weight about 1.2g/m~2were more than 9.50 seconds and 2.80m/s respectively,and the printing ink absorbency was about 26.0%～29.0%.
Treated with the diluted resulting emulsion of 2.0% solid content(mass fraction),the paper obtains good properties,that the sizing value is more than 9 seconds,the printing ink absorbency is 26%～27%,the galling speed is 2.9 m/s,and the bursting strength is 120 kPa.
Therefore,better property is the mole ratio of NCO to OH is 1.8∶1,the mole ratio of DMPA to polyol is 2∶1 and mole ratio of PBA to glycerol is(2∶3) to 1∶1,the synthetical resin accord with the require of printing ink basically.
The colloidal properties of the onginal water-based ink were as followings: pH value 8.7,surface tension 39.71mN/m,contact angle 84.9°,average particle size 154 nm and Zeta potential-37.9mV.The particle size and Zeta potential of water-based inks resolved in base solution were 184 nm and-18.7mV,respectively.
The weight proportion of graphite and carbon in the conductive material is 3:2 and the rate of them and conductive material in printing inks is 50:12. The fineness was 10 μm passed 4 millings. And the introduction of conductive printing ink was best, the resistance was under 10 ù/口. It can meet the requirements of flexible circuits.

Capillary electrophoresis with powerful resolution was applied for the analysis of roller pen inks.
Five inks from roller pens of different manufacturers and countries were analyzed, and their electropherograms showed that most patterns are distinctly different from each other.
Capillary with inner diameter of 100 μm increased the intensity of determination; therefore, color dyes were identified in the visible range and were able to provide more information for comparing types of roller pen inks.
