Prevent and Therapeutic Antitumor Response to Cervical Cancer in Mice Immunized with U14 Cell Vaccines Transfected with Costimulatory B7 Gene and HPV16E6/B7 DNA Recombinant Vaccines
The mean age of patients with adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix (AUC) was 41.9 years, with a median age of 41. The percentage of patients with AUC in each age group was 4.7%, 18.8%, 30.6%, 34.1%, 11.8% and 0%.
RESULTS: Normal uterine cervix presented 3 layers in DWI. The ADC value was significantly higher in normal uterine cervix than in cervical carcinoma [(1.71±0.14)×10-3 mm2/s vs. (0.97±0.13)×10-3 mm2/s, P<0.01].
The positive rates of PTEN protein in uterine cervix cancer and normal tissue closely adjacent to carcinoma were 40% (19/48) and 96% (46/48), and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Results:①We can see positive hybrid signals of HPV16 in 8/22CINⅠ,7/11CINⅡ,11/13CINⅢ,4/6 in situ carcinoma,41/52 SCC of the cervix uteri. There was a significant differences between CINⅢ/SCC and normal cervical tissue(P< 0.05 );
The SCE frequencies were found to be 10.85 ± 0.80,10.82 ± 0.76,9.39 ± 0.98 and 9.27 ± 0.51 in the patients with cancer of cervix uteri, rectum, stomach and breast respectively.
The aim of the present research is to study the mechanism of cervical nerve compression syndrome of the external intervertebral foramen and its differential diagnosis with cervical spondylosis.
Diagnostic treatment led to short-term alleviation of the symptom in 20 cases with cervical spondylosis confirmed by operation, the results of which was far from satisfactory and operation was undertaken finally in all the 20 cases.
Diagnostic treatment was propitious to differentiate cervical nerve compression syndrome of the external intervertebral foramen from cervical spondylosis.
Using RT-PCR we demonstrated more than twofold decrease in the levels of mRNA of AP3D1, AP3B1, AP3M1, and AP3S1 in 32, 28, 23, and 26% tumors in comparison with normal tissues of uterine cervix, respectively.

Cutaneous neurofibromatous nodules from 2 male patients, aged 16 and 24 years respectively, and neurofibromatous tissue from the cervix uteri of a 49 year-old patient were examined.
In this study weevaluated the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD) of paclitaxel in combination witha fixed dose of cisplatin when given weekly concurrently with pelvicradiotherapy to patients with carcinoma of the cervix uteri.
