The effects of such thermal spikes on tension strength and compression strength after impact (CAI) of composite laminates subjected to a range of conditions of temperature, humidity and spiking have been investigated. Five types of specimens were carried out in this project. The results show that wet/hot aging degraded seriously the strength of laminates, especially CAI. Impact damage areas after aging did not grow or grew a little.

SYH1 is a medium temperature curing onecomponent paste epoxy adhesive.Properties of SYH1 adhesive such as curing process conditions,water resistance,thermal aging,temperature alternate cycles,room temperature storage,hotwet aging and fatigue are introduced in detail.SYH1 adhesive has the characteristics of lower curing temperature,higher temperature resistance and also longer room temperature storage life.It can be used in bonding of steel,aluminum and composite.
