In this paper, the effect of condensation parameters, such as temperature and soaking time on the texture and properties of derived mesophase pitches from durene-oligomer were investigated. With the increase of condensation temperature in the range of 360-400℃,the reactivity of durene-oligomer was promoted, which at 400℃ only soaking 4 hours, mesophase pitch with 100% anisotropic content can form. The softening points of mesophase pitches increase and yields decrease in the order of temperature increasement....

主要研究了热缩聚工艺参数──温度和停留时间对均四甲苯亚甲基齐聚物衍生中间相沥青形态和性能的影响,结果发现:随着温度的升高、齐聚物的热反应性增强,所得中间相沥青的光学各向异性会逐渐提高,软化点升高,收率降低;停留时间的延长利于中间相的生成和融并。该齐聚物在较低的温度(360℃)下停留17h就可完全转化为光学各向异性发达(100%),软化点低(260℃),溶解性能好(PS%=48.5%),H/C(0.86)高且可纺性优异的中间相体。

The current status of coal injection into BF in WISCO and its development plan and necessity of raising the coke quality are analyzed;and ways to improving the coke quality and existing problems discussed on the basis of coking tests under different coal to coke conversion ratios and various processing conditions;and the relationship between the thermal reaction of coke CRI in 20?kg test coke oven and in 6?m and 4.3?m coke oven and the coke strength CSR after reaction are identified.

分析了武钢高炉喷煤的现状和发展规划 ,以及提高焦炭质量的必要性。根据不同配煤比条件下炼焦试验和改变工艺条件下炼焦试验的结果 ,探讨了生产中提高焦炭质量的途径和有待进一步研究的问题。还对 2 0kg试验焦炉焦炭与 6m、4.3m焦炉焦炭热反应性CRI和反应后强度CSR的相关性进行了研究。
