The thermal reaction properties of DPF was studied by differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer. DPF exhibited to melt and react at 117℃ and at 247℃,respectively.
The passivation performance of coke boronate passivant and thermal reactivity of coke after passivating as well as coke strength changes after thermal reaction have been researched through the laboratory research and pilot plant test.
It mainly lies on the degree of the coal combustion and the capability of thermal reaction of compounds, which affects the contents and species of PAHs in fly ash and bottom ash from the power plant.
The cases of lab and industrial tests on coke passivation is described. These results show that the thermal reactivity of coke after passivation is obviously improved, Cr is lowered by 5%and Sar is increased by 5%.
in coal blend the blending proportion of coking coal is controlled, after 14SM, 1/2ZN or 26FM are properly blended, its result in coke thermal reactivity is better than coking of single coking coal.
The passivation performance of coke boronate passivant and thermal reactivity of coke after passivating as well as coke strength changes after thermal reaction have been researched through the laboratory research and pilot plant test.
Coal blending coking test for many proposals have been made on 40kg test oven and analysis on coke reactivity from single kind of coal and coal blend has been made. The results show that when single kind of coking coal is used for coking, after reaction strength of 26JM is better;
Thermal reaction of solid mixtures of fullerene C60 with iron(III) acetylacetonate proceeds in the combustion mode; the composition and characteristics of the reaction products are governed by the Fe : C60 ratio in the initial mixture.
Thermal reactivity studies were carried out in the temperature range 100-160? on two double-base propellant compositions which differ significantly in chemical composition, calorimetric value and ballistic characteristics.
Its thermal reactivity was ascertained by thermogravimetric (TG) and derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) techniques and it has been concluded that unlike some other metal carboxylate hydrazinates, it does not show any autocatalytic behaviour.
The soybean trypsin inhibitor conjugate with a thermo-reactive water soluble polymer, poly(N-vinyl caprolactam), was successfully used for thermally induced affinity precipitation of trypsin.
Thermo-reactive aqueous polyurethane of anti-creasing agent DPU was synthesized. Catalyst was also prepared with a nonionic surfactant and orgnometallic compound. The DPU and its catalyst were applied in the anti-creasing finishing of cotton fabric using pad-curing process. Factors affecting the process were investigated, such as the concentration of DPU, nature and concentration of catalyst and temperature of curing. Evaluation of the finished fabric was made with respect to crease recovery angle, tensile ...
In this paper, the effect of condensation parameters, such as temperature and soaking time on the texture and properties of derived mesophase pitches from durene-oligomer were investigated. With the increase of condensation temperature in the range of 360-400℃,the reactivity of durene-oligomer was promoted, which at 400℃ only soaking 4 hours, mesophase pitch with 100% anisotropic content can form. The softening points of mesophase pitches increase and yields decrease in the order of temperature increaseme...
The current status of coal injection into BF in WISCO and its development plan and necessity of raising the coke quality are analyzed;and ways to improving the coke quality and existing problems discussed on the basis of coking tests under different coal to coke conversion ratios and various processing conditions;and the relationship between the thermal reaction of coke CRI in 20?kg test coke oven and in 6?m and 4.3?m coke oven and the coke strength CSR after reaction are identified.
