Understanding contentious collective action by Chinese laid-off workers: The importance of regional political economy
      
Episodes of contentious collective action involving laid-off workers have erupted throughout China in recent years.
      
With few exceptions, studies of Chinese laid-off workers' contention have attempted to generalize from field research in very few?r even single?ocalities.
      
Based on 19 months of fieldwork and over 100 in-depth interviews with workers, managers, and officials in nine Chinese cities, this article offers a systematic, sub-national comparative analysis of laid-off workers' contention.
      
The "information have-less" is a social, economic, and political category for millions of rural-to-urban migrants and laid-off workers, who populate the vast gray zone of China's digital divide.

This paper was studied as comparing with SCL 90 and the normal Group in the jobless.Observing the total mean mark and the positive item of the positive item of the jobless,there were higher than the normal people,except the factors F 8,F 9 in nine symptomatical groups,rest seven factors of jobless were obviously higher than in thevnormal group.The office clerks,rearservice persons were as comparing with workers,sailling persons,the anterior Persons of theF 3,F 4,F 5 fctors were higher than the posterior...

采用 SCL - 90对下岗职工与国内常模进行对照研究 ,发现下岗职工人群总均分、阳性项目数明显高于正常人群 ;9例症状群因子中除 F8、F9因子外 ,其余 7个因子分明显高于常模组。机关、后勤人员与生产、销售人员比较 ,前者 F3、F4、F5因子分明显高于后者。提示下岗职工存在一系列心理问题 ,且机关、后勤人员在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑障碍方面更为明显。

This paper, by investigting some state run enterprises in dilema, analyses the laid off workers' attitudes to the reforms, and puts forward countermeasures to adjust their psychologenic disorder and to guide them getting healthy psychology.

对一部分困难国有企业的调查 ,分析下岗职工对改革的心态 ,提出了一系列进行心理障碍调适和健康心理引导的措施。这些软调控措施 ,不仅可以防范于未然 ,为社会稳定提供“减震器” ,而且有利于推动经济体制改革的深化 ,促进社会生产力的发展。
