This paper focuses on the Sweeping Geometric Modeling for a moving 3-D solid geometry. In other words, it tries how the Sweeping Geometry for a moving 3-D solid geometry is modelled. For this purpose, three methods, Instantaneous Method, Method of Vertical Section and Method of Paralell Section, are discussed with algorithm. The Instantaneous Method is suitable for Geometric Modeling of optional 3-D object and optional sweeping trajectory. Its expressive ability is very plentiful in Sweeping Geometric Modeling. After some restrained conditions(for ex., the shape of researched target is a curning object, ect.), the Section Methods transform the 3-Dimension problems to 2-Dim. problems and so that the operational speed may be increased. The proposed methods are implemented as FORTRAN program and experimented under the support of TIPS-1 system. Its correctness is further verfied by the experimental results.

This paper has vividly expressed the relations between system-safety and the hidden evils in every subsystems and every elements of man-machinc-environment systems based on the subsystems and their contact-faces analyses and studies of the main system by applying the fault model and fault-chain methods. It has been shown that area I of the fault schematic represents the most possibility of danger and should be taken into account as the main area to prevent accidents; It is also necessary to cut off the fault-chains by taking effective measures in order to control system-safety; unsafe elements, equipments and technologies should not be used and applied in any new system design to remove the danger from the new system before put it into operation. Measures of forecasting and avoiding accident's have been pointed out and safety analysis methods have been presented.

本文对人-机-环境系统的子系统及其交接面进行了分析研究,并用事故模型及事故链形象地表达了各元素、各子系统的隐患与系统安全之间的关系。结果说明,在事故模型图中区域Ⅰ(交叉区)危险性最大,是防止事故的重点区域;为了控制系统安全,防止事故的发生还必须采取有效措施,截断事故链锁;在新系统的设计中要尽量防止使用不安全的元件、设备和工艺,使危险性尽可能消除在系统运转之前。由此指出了预测、预防事故的途径和安全分析方法。
