Four improved tropical forages(Kudzu,Dwarf elephant grass,King grass and Paspalum atratum) were used to feed beef cattle to evaluate their feeding values,results showed that Kudzu had the best nutritive value which characterized by its highest nitrogen content(19.63g/kgDM),highest calcium content(19.2g/kgDM),highest phosphorus content(2.5g/kgDM) and its higher ME(8.85MJ/kgDM).
The influence of planting density on recovering speed of Keen grass vegetation was studied. The resultshowed:The speed of keen grass recovering vegetation was accelerating with increasing of the planting density.

Eight kinds of plants were tested in channel-dyke and broad irrigation systems for the removal of N and P from wastewarer. Through multi-factoral analysis, this paper gives an overall evaluation on economic benefit of Pemisetum sinese Roxb and finds that the highest economic value will be reached if the grass is cut and fed at the height of 100cm. Based on the feeding value of the grass at this height, the comprehensive effect-r values were arranged in the following order: green forage>ensilage>Em treatement>micro-ensilage>hay.
