For the resin and asphaltene samples treated by D-Rs,the broad peak between 4000 and 3000 cm ̄(-1) is moved to lower wavenumber. the peak area ratio A_(1373)/(A_(748)+A_(810)+A_(871))increased remarkably and the X-ray diffraction peaks at 4. 4° and 18. 46° become broader and more dispersive.On the basis of these evidences it can be inferred that the order of aggregation of the plate-like reein and asphaltent molecules is lowered and the plate-on-plate aggregates become random packed ones.A model of interaction between resin/asphaltene and viscosity reducer is suggested.

详细研究了从大庆、江汉、冀东原油分离出的石蜡、胶质、沥青质用降凝降粘剂(EVA、MVA、EM、EMS)处理后红外特征吸收峰和X射线衍射峰的变化。由红外数据证实,降凝剂分子与石蜡分子发生共晶是原油降凝作用的主要机理。由红外和X射线衍射数据得出结论:降粘剂破坏胶质、沥青质分子平面重叠的聚集体,使聚集结构变疏松,聚集有序性降低,是原油降粘作用机理。提出了降粘作用分子模型。

运行中的变压器油由于受氧气、水份、温度等因素的影响,变压器油会逐渐产生变质而老化,为了延长绝缘油的使用寿命,国产变压器油中加有抗氧化剂T501。为了提高我局油务监督水平,及时补加绝缘油在运行中消耗掉的T501,文章选用红外光谱法测定绝缘油中的T501含量。以酚羟基[-OH],在3650cm-1处的吸收峰作为T501的特征吸收峰,对试验方法所用的吸收池的材料、光程、背景、分辨率,吸光度的测量方法,扫描次数等参数进行了试验。选用溴化钾材质窗片,光程为0.4—0.6mm,光程片为聚四氟乙烯材料,吸收池架采用美国PE公司可拆装吸收架。该方法经过精密度及回收率考察,平行试验误差在0.03%以下,回收率大于95%。该方法的主要优点是:简便、快速、准确度高。
