In order to solve the difference of heating cost in different locations of residential buildings, introduces integrated correction coefficient and applies it in eight buildings.
A safe, reliable, and intellectual control plan is provided aiming at the heat fee for Residence status in quo,which contains upper machine responsible for data processing and lower mahcine responsible for unlocking the valve, by means of serial communication between upper machine and lower machine, combining homemade three - channel valve, adminstrate the fee data and the valve efficiently.
A design is made on the framework for metered heating charge, and the heat price structure, charge pattern, shared way of heat tariff, charge cycle and charge service system are discussed respectively.
