Chapter four: On the basis of explaining the basic principles of the idea guiding on theeducational practice, this thesis advances the basic demands on the formulation of aim, thechoosing of content, the design of the synthetic activity and the providing of material, and theevaluation of the activity of art-language representation of children.
The present study results show that in kindergarten children's language teaching activities, the teacher should be the situational setter of children's learning, and also an initiator, a guide and a researcher ,and cooperator in children's active learning.
This way is based on the need of individual development, cooperatively guided by experts, actively participated by teachers, and puts problems as the guide and reflection as the medium. It is closely combine the training with teaching practice and researching activities, and through reflection practice, action research and cooperative communication, makes teachers researchers, action researchers and liberating action researchers, and then makes active, continual and open development.
The thesis analyzes the tendency of the results and process of the science education and the tendency of the two kinds of activities, and on the basis of the above analysis, it also explores the sources of the problem and elucidated the relationship that dynamic variety and active interaction of the two activities in the science education, which is based on the exploring, experiencing and discovering.
The Design and Synthesis of a Novel, Orally Active, Selective ETA Antagonist
The pharmacokinetics of α- and β-diastereomers of Arteether, a well-known antimalarial drug and its active metabolite dihydroartemisinin (DHA) were studied in Sprague-Dawley rats, Rhesus monkeys and human volunteers.
The same compounds were studied using CoMFA for which the molecules were first aligned to a template molecule, which was most active in the series.
Among these compounds, 6-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-4-oxo-hex-5-enoic acid (3) was the most active one.
Only 15.33% of the cells was metabolically active at 200 μg/ml methanol extract while 23.57% of the cells was active at 200 μg/ml berberine.
