本文介绍自行设计的可变风量、风压的风机试验台,筒式风送干贮仓和斗式升运机,对筒仓风送籼稻的主要参数进行了正交择优试验,并作了统计分析。结论是:风机的风量8000m~3/h、风压853Pa、稻谷含杂率控制在2%以下、含水率13~14%、底板开孔率4.4%为筒仓仓底风送排粮较优参数组合方案;其风送残留量为零,功率消耗4.3kW,风送效率8t/h。这种较优参数组合方案,可供筒式风送干贮仓和方仓风送排粮设计参考。

The paper studied and improved air distributor used traditionally according to fluid mechanics. The authors solved some problems of original gallery,such as olwer rate of hole,more loss of air near grain. Air distributor new developed wtilized two-layer hollows,produced slow balance Space, These increased air efflux angle,decreased air resistanceof grain near air distributor,rased hole rate. It had well dffert of ventilation,decreasing temperature and water.

本文以流体力学理论为依据,对习惯使用的空气分配器进行研究改进,解决了老式地槽通风空气分配器开孔率低、空气射流角偏小、分配器附近粮堆空气损失过大等问题。新研制的空气分配器采用双层空腔,形成缓衡空间,提高了气流射流角,降低了分配器附近粮堆内空气阻力,提高了开孔率,使粮堆静压均衡层提前出现,具有均匀送风性能,并获得明显的通风降温降水效果。

The simulative ventilation was studied in laboratory. The result showed the optimum ratio of the shortest distance to the long distance which airflow reaches to the surface of grain bulk is 1∶1.8 in ventilation system, the ratio of static pressure is constant. The apparent airflow speed of ducts should control below 0.15m/s. The sieve with big openings should be used.

本文通过室内通风模型的试验研究,得出几点结论:1.粮堆机械通风降温系统中的途径比应在1:1.8以内为宜;2.发现了粮堆机械通风系统中静压比值不变的现象;3.粮堆机械通风系统中管道表观风速控制在0.15米/秒以下为宜;4.应采用开孔率大的筛网。
