This paper concerns the physiological reaction of methane fermentation microbes group to 22 plant secondary constitutes.The experiments were carried out by using mixture of methane fermentation microbes group at 20℃.It was observed that 9 alkaloids are toxic,and at the concentration of 5000 ppm of alkaloid the ags productions of fermentation fluid are 59.9-100.0% lower than that of control.

The refrigeration efficiency of these zeolite systems was compared with that of silica gel system,The results show that the zeolite-water system is suitable for refrigerators preserving food; the zeoliteethanol system, for ice manufacturing; and the silica gel-water system, for air conditioning on the basis of Dubinin's adsorption theory of volume filling of micropores. The main factors of influence on the sorption refrigeration efficiency for zeolite-liquid system have been further investigated. It is found that the efficiency of refrigeration is obviously affected by the adsorption capacities, adsorption and desorption rates as well as desorption temperature.By using 200 g of zeolite, the temperature in the small refrigerator, 2 1/4 liters in volume, drops from room temperature down to-5℃ or even below-5℃ in a single refrigeration cycle.
