Based on the method of concrete Ultrasonic Undestroyed Test,this paper make ultrasonic test,crush destroy test and elastic modulus test for three types of intensity grade and different periodical standard concrete block. By recursively analyzing the test data we get the function equation between crush intensity,elastic modulus and velocity of ultrasonic sound,and provide certain test data and reference for testing concrete crush intensity and elastic modulus by using of Ultrasonic Undestroyed Test method.
This article elaborates on the propounding of non-destrutive test for the inner flaws of Concrete, the basis of the testing theory, the testing principle and method as well, It also explains briefly the internel relations between physical mechanics of Concrete and ultrasonic wave. At mean while, the practical and typical engineering examples of the author himself are used to expound in details the application of ultrasonic non-destructive test.
