         The paper reviews the application of two dimension signal analysis in ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT) in recent years. The review contains 2-D Fast Fourier transform (FFT), Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD),Gabor transform(GT) and wavelet transform(WT). The advantage and weakness of each method are analysed.
