采用机械分离法和Percol非连续密度梯度离心法从鼠小肠提取小肠上皮间淋巴细胞(intestinalintra-epitheliallymphocyte,iIEL),应用间接免疫荧光染色法进行表面抗原表型测定;同时,应用嗜酸性乳杆菌细胞壁提取物与iIEL细胞共同孵育作用后,检测iIEL细胞的自然杀伤活性和IL—2产生情况。结果表明:iIEL细胞膜表面抗原的表型738%以上为CD8+T细胞,且有438%表达TCRγδ。酸性嗜乳杆菌细胞壁提取物能增加iIEL细胞的自然杀伤活性,并能促进iIEL细胞产生IL—2。
