It is important for hydropower plants to assess the risk from the uncertainty of inflow and power price in the coordinative dispatching of multi markets. Because of the doubt about variance used in risk assessment, the value at risk (VaR) is taken as the risk measurement index to assess the risk in the coordinative dispatching of energy and AGC market. The relativity of power price in different markets is also considered since the probability distribution of inflow and power price is hard to be acquired, the Monte-Carlo method is used for the risk assessment. The results of risk assessment can help power producers choose appropriate risk factors (weight factors), so as to perfect the dispatching process.

由于对安全性、稳定性的要求极高,核电行业的风险管理一直是一个热门的话题,其中供应风险管理是核安全管理最为重要的问题之一,对核电站安全、稳定运行具有重要影响。研究了基于群决策的核电站供应风险测度方法,运用层次分析法比较风险要素权重;根据专家判断矩阵之间的相似性赋予各专家权重;结合风险要素打分和专家权重得到各风险要素的综合风险当量,使得结果更加科学。
