The effects of temperature, gas/liquid phaseratio, and salt concentration on headspace sensitivity were investigated. Theoptimum condition of these three factors are at 40℃,0.5% and 20% respectively.

            建立了顶空GC/FPD测定海水中二甲基硫(DMS)和浮游植物细胞中二甲基硫丙酸(DMSP)的方法,并研究盐度、温度、气液相比DMS诸因素对DMS项空灵敏度的影响。该法对DMS测定的相对标准偏差均小于6%,平均回收率为106%,最低检出限为20ng/L。细胞DMSP先经碱作用转化为DMS,在50℃下作用时间不少于6h,峰高与浓度的双对数线性相关系数大于0.99。对1994年冬、1995年夏采自胶州湾的实际样品分析结果表明,本法可用于一般海洋样品的测定。

            采用切向超滤技术从微藻培养液浓缩得到胶体,分析其多糖的醛糖组成.结果表明,小球藻与球等鞭金藻胶体的多糖由鼠李糖、L 岩藻糖、D 阿拉伯糖、D(+)木糖、D 甘露糖、葡萄糖和D 半乳糖等7种醛糖组成.D 阿拉伯糖和D 半乳糖占绝对优势,鼠李糖丰度很低.小球藻胶体的L 岩藻糖和葡萄糖是球等鞭金藻胶体的2~3倍,而D(+)木糖和D 甘露糖比球等鞭金藻低27%~32%.本文的结果印证了浮游植物是海洋胶体的生物来源之一.
