METHOD The complete separation of the components was achieved by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) with 0. 02 mol·L~-1 pH7.5 running phosphate buffer containing SDS 11 g·L~-1, 1-butanol 22 mL·L~-1 and heptane 4 mL·L~-1.The constant voltage was 18 kV ( current of 85～95 μA).
