MethodsIn treatment group(50 cases) 1%tetracaine injection was used as superficial anaesthesia on lesions of CA in urethral orifice. In control group(40cases) the basilar part of the lesions were given to local anaesthesia with 2%lidocaine.
Results The relapse rate of CA in the treatment group were 36.36% and that of the contract group were 75.81%. The treatment group showed lower relapse rate than that of the contract group(χ2=23.48,P<0.01).
Method: 60 cases of patients(VAS>7 of post-herpetic neuralgia) were choose,they were randomly divided into aromatic fingerprinted agents combination with nerve block(treatment group) and only nerve block(control group). Treatment group: preparation analgesic agents will be fingerprinted pain point Surface,and sooner or later for one times,a regimen for five-day,3 days for one times by treatment of nerve block.

One month later,the treated group total effective rate was77.4%. And there was significant differece between the two groups(x 2 =5.107p<0.05)The treated group was higher than that of com-parative groups in the rate of total effect.
Three months later,the treated group total effective rate was72.6%,There was obviously significant difference between the two groups(x 2 =11.915,p<0.01),The therapeutic effect of the treated groups were apparently superior to the comparative group.
Results:The therapy group came into effectiveness aftrer4days treatment,and the total effective rate reached to86%. While the control group appeared effectiveness after13days,and the effective rate was48.5%. The difference of the curative effect of the two groups was significant(P<0.01).
Results The rate of recovery of the therapeutic group was 72.06% and the rate of the total efficiecy was 100% on the seventh day,which had significant difference to that of the control group( P <0.05).
After injection with DC vaccines, IFN-γ production in the treatment group was significantly increased as compared with that in the control group (P>amp;lt;0.01), and IL-4 production was decreased as compared with that in the control group (P>amp;lt;0.05).
