The general technological framework of China digital lake and some key technological problems in need of settlement have been studied, such as the selection of the communication software and the model management system (MMS), the standard adopted, the application of new computer technology and relative models, etc.
The total technologic frame of monitoring and management network information system construction of the soil and water conservation was focused on,the application of new technologies to soil and water conservation investigation,planning and design,constructioin,supevision,monitoring and other aspects were described,the idea and method of bringing the soil and water conservation work into the uniform spatial information management system was put forward based on the application system of new technologies.
