Using slide agglutination, co-agglutination and immuncenzymatic staining the prepared immune sera against CA appeared positive reactions with 56 known strains of CJ from different sources (chicken origin 20, pig origin 33, human 3). The results revealed that there are likely to have no significant differences in amount of the common antigen and its antigenicity between strains isolated from different origins.
